LinkCom Ventures Deeper into the Medical Field, Secures High-End Magnetic Component Orders, and Commences Mass Production
Taipei, Taiwan - LinkCom (TPE 6821), discreetly entered the medical field in 2021 in collaboration with ODM giant Compal (2324) to develop medical products. Today, their first domestically produced Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) treatment system, "AblatePal," has completed medical device registration with the Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA), obtained market approval, and has been included in the National Health Insurance (NHI) reimbursement, following the regulations approved by the Ministry of Health and Welfare. LinkCom supply of medical magnetic components has also officially entered mass production.

72 watt P.O.E. transformer
LinkCom 6821 launched a 72w PoE PD DC/DC transformer, the size is (length * width * height = 26.0 * 31.5 * 14.5mm), applied to the original 60w IEEE 802.3bt Ethernet power supply (PoE), type3 design, will have better temperature characteristics.
Large wattage P.O.E. transformers
LinkCom 6821 has launched a 90w PoE PD DC/DC transformer with dimensions (L*W*H= 31.5*40*14.5mm) that can support the maximum power of the IEEE 802.3bt Power over Ethernet (PoE) standard.
Medium to high power wireless charging coil
LinkCom 6821 launched a new wireless power coil that passed customer functional testing, designed for medium and high power wireless charging, and supports AGV, Ebike and other applications. It brings higher charging efficiency and distance for medium and high power wireless charging, which is widely loved by distribution partners and users.
High-power advanced calibration inductors
LinkCom (6821) has made a new breakthrough in the development of automotive magnetic components, and the current power correction inductor (On Board Charger PFC Choke) for OBC has been upgraded from the current 11KW to 50KW, leading the industry, and the module body has been further reduced to 86mm long, 62mm, and 52mm high.
TLVR Inductors for Server V-Core
Linkcom (TPE, 6821), which has been deeply involved in magnetic components for more than 30 years, recently launched a new TLVR inductor for the server market. Starter product LVR1206 series efficient better than competitor 1%.

Small size 100A LLC choke
LinkCom (6821.TW) low profile 100A LLC choke with 45mm long, 44.5mm wide, 42.5mm high.
Different from usual process, this product is wound automatically with flat wire, instead of round magnet wire. Winding with flat wire not only increases the winding area but also lower the effect of parasitic capacitance which uses litz wire. Also, compare with Mn-Zn and Ni-Zn ferrite, it uses a material called Fe-Si, which enormously lower the effect of saturated current.
This choke is designed for DC fast charger on EV application.
